Joseph "Sloppy Joe" Bourgain, RIP

Sloppy Joe is the Toast of the Gourmet club. He has been in communication with the notorious mutie runner @Wadlow Dog Ferris, who has been providing him with choice cuts for the club.
Unfortunately the mutie running ring was used by Kazan Prime and his Sleeper Agents to enter the city, and Sloppy Joe became one more loose end to be cleaned up
He can be found in his luxury appartment.
