The two empires go to war after Vohai refuses to share the ocean with everyone else.
As the newly-formed Vohai Empire grew in unified power, its large geographic reach created higher tariffs and narrower trade routes for non-Continental vessels. Aquimore began pushing for lower prices and more routes, and after it was met with increased naval vessels, responded with military might of their own.
