Jestoania sacrifices its king

The current monarch of Jestoania is sacrificed to appease Qhil during a series of freak storms.

After months of unusual storms disrupting trade and causing dozens of deaths, the sitting monarch went with his people onto the ice floes surrounding his city. His naval admiral killed him and offered his heart to the sea. Directly after this, the small following of the Pantheon took power in other provinces and banned Qhil's worship in an attempt to avoid more regicide.
