Steam Locomotive
With the increased travel along the continent and islands making up Aquimore, speed of travel became more desired. What was needed was a vehicle that could move faster than a horse-drawn wagon, and not require protection from the rain. What was developed was a contraption that ran on steam. Its top speeds of 50 mph meant it could outrun and outlast even the strongest horses. Tracks were built through the mountains and forests of the Empire, and the steam locomotive began to make its mark in everyday life.
