Imperial Scion

Requirements

Traditionally passed between members of a family due to ease of transfer, as well as lessening the risk of someone outside the noble class entirely to take the title. However, there are points where the title passes to another member of nobility, often to cement alliances and good will between two houses.

The status given to the Scion is unparalleled. Scions have absolute rule, only tangentially bound to the military and nobility forming a parliament. They can take what they want, do what they want, and go where they want. This often includes attempts to conquer other areas or push reforms.
