Kingpin

The man known only as The Kingpin operates in the shadows of New York City. He controls or is at least tied to over half the criminal incidents that occur in the area, and has a widespread presence across the state of New York and even in other areas of the United States, particularly the east coast.
Not much is known about the current Kingpin. The previous man that held the title, Wilson Fisk, was arrested and charged with numerous crimes in 2016 and is currently incarcerated at Ryker's Island. While authorities hoped this would cause his criminal empire to crumble, the Kingpin's regime is as strong as ever, and law enforcement around New York has made it a priority to discover the identity of the newest Kingpin of crime.
