Volcanis the Scorched Tyrant

Leader of the Red Scaled Dragons who were apart of Tiamat's Chromatic Brood. Their eventual defeat was done so at the hands of the metallic dragons who served Bahamut and a collection of traitors to the chromatic cause. Each dragon would be turned by the respective dragon soul of its natural enemy. In this case, Emni the Undimmed and Redvassyl the Ashen Guard is the reason why Volcanis' reign of fire ended, he gave over his physical form to the golden Dragonborn. However the Abisahi, particularly Shim the Mouth, is interested in reinstating the Chromatic Dragons back to their original status as tyrant kings of this petal of existence in Tiamat's name. His dragonrider is a fire genasi named Blaine Cowen, and his task is to protect the Cinder Seal.
