Lower Guthram is the largest district of Guthram . This sprawling residential area is mostly a slum made up of tenements surrounded by shanty towns surrounding the outer walls of Upper Guthram and South Guthram . The boarder between Lower Guthram and South Guthram is patrolled by both Upper Guthram's military and South Guthram 's law enforcement.
