Blacksmiths Mage Hand

Bearing the intense heat of the forge he staggers back slightly, sweat running down his face as he focuses on the spell and smithing. With a concentration that could be broken by a gust of wind he conducts the hammer up and down the unfinished blade held in the other green hand with flourishes of his hands.   Another blacksmith standing to the side assisting the smithing using the same spell but to control the bellows at a perfect pace to maintain the heat they stand for hours dictating the heartbeat of the forge till the blade is complete.

Effect

Blacksmiths Mage hand is an enhanced spell from Mage Hand which was build to stand any heat while losing the ability to withstand damage from any other effect. The enhanced spell also loses a lot of its movement abilities, being unable to move very quickly anywhere but keeping enough speed to handle a blacksmiths hammer and enough speed to keep hitting anvils.   The hands are capable of picking up large heavy objects at the expense of requiring more magic power and mental energy which the original spell is unable to.

Side/Secondary Effects

Due to the requirement of being a blacksmith, many users of the spell require perfect focus on the spell because of lack of magic training, this can also leave new magical blacksmiths exhausted after just a few minutes with the spell requiring years of training and tempering till the blacksmith can treat it like another arm.

Manifestation

Blacksmiths Mage hand appears as two green hands able to pick up objects and move them.

The Blacksmiths Mage hand has been altered to take some energy from very hot forges in an attempt to lessen the mental draw on the user.
