The Bektashi

The Bektashi: The primary security force of Samarra and a testament to the importance the city puts on safeguarding it’s citizens… at least the well-to-do ones. Overseen by House Trennan and the Faithful of Sarenrae, they are known for their fervor, unerring detective skills, and swift justice. However not widely known is the reason for their knack for finding criminals, their sizable Divination department. The population of Samarra is heavily surveilled and the Bektashi will occasionally even intervene in crimes that have not even occurred yet. The criminal underground has adjusted to this and a cat and mouse game of counter-divination and divination goes on beneath the seemingly well-regulated city.
