Became a hunter after her first boyfriend was killed by a spirit, awoke as werewolf. She later met Desmond in a Chicago hunter bar while she was gathering information. They would date on & off until their first hunter together when they decided to stay together and marry not long after. However she was also married to the job often leaving their son, Michael, in Desmond or other family's care.
During a hunt of a rogue werewolf pack her and Desmond were kidnapped by Technocratic agents. They were forced into a HIT experiment however her not being of a strong hunter bloodline or connection to strong hunters meant her death as she was not a worthy test subject.
Her body was still used for experiments with bringing the dead back to life and cybernetics.
