Personal history

Yana (whose last name is lost to history) was the only woman to ever successfully unite the Yezic under one banner. She succeeded in doing this at only 19, in 561 BSW. For the next seven years, she would train the Yezic under her command, until at last she was ready to lead them into Ayira. She took Shoral by the end of 554 BSW, and then marched northwest to take Ai'tor, in an effort to split Ayira in two. She won the Siege of Ai'tor, and took the city. However, by that point the Ayirians had regrouped and retaken Shoral, marching north to Ai'tor. She moved her army east and sacked Lan'ai, holding it until 550 BSW, when she was finally driven out of Ayira by the Ayirian armies and the Eacilians. She died in obscurity in the 540s BSW (545 is the most widely accepted date).
