The Glorious Age

After the First War, Man rejoiced, and for a thousand more years peace and prosperity came to the nations of Magavir. Metalworking took off, and greatly advanced, until steel was being used by the end of the Glorious Age. It was during this time that Eacil and Ayira were founded, being the two great nations of the West. Denvar was also united under one flag, and a great trade network sprouted up between these three powers.

However, not all was as good as it seemed. The Yezic tribes of the east were constantly at war with Ayira, and many times it seemed as though the Yezic would win. However, due to interventions by Eacil and Denvar, the Yezic were always pushed back into their desert homeland. As well as the Yezic, the Eastermen often banded together and crossed the Anguin Mountains, raiding and sacking villages and cities alike, before eventually being pushed back over the mountains.

And of course, the Breaker did not remain dormant either. In the far north of the world, it was collecting the dead of Men and forcing them into its ever-expanding army. At last, after a thousand years of rebuilding, the Breaker was ready to march south once more, to end humanity once and for all.
