Session 1

General Summary

10th Midspring, 197 NC
Zara Appleblossom the Sorcerer, Azerath the Wizard, and Ko'Rath Stormvoice the Cleric find themselves in the village of Lilton at the request of the Hardigan Venture Company. There they meet with Liza Stoneshaper who guides them to a request from village elder Braddon Sower, who asks the party to look into a strange building just south of the village. The party finds that the building is actually an old wagon that goblins turned into a fort. After dispatching some of the goblins, the party came across 2 captives, one another goblin named Dib Splitsnout, the other a human noble who introduced himself as Alphonso Ribeiro III. They learned that the goblins are lead by a goblin named Malenk, who is actually following orders from another creature named Slouff. As the party made their way to Malenk's chamber, they quickly dispatched him, although Dib and Ko'Rath fell in the battle. The party brought Ko'Rath's body back to Liza, and she along with the local priest Selwyn Baress combined their efforts to revive Ko'Rath. After Azerath aided in the ritual by offering his own life force, Ko'Rath sprung back to life.
11th Midspring, 197 NC
In the morning, the party speaks once again to Liza and accepts two quests, one from Selwyn to investigate bandit attacks along the roads, and another from Gillard the Innkeeper to find information about his family who he hasn't heard from in some time. The party now prepares to set off east towards the village of Stonemill.
