Humanoid

Humanoids is the name of the collection of species that share similar traits. This typically involves being bipedal with two arms and a certain level of sentience and intelligence that allows them to communicate with others. 
Almost all Humanoids group together in communities and often build shelter and engage in hunter/gatherer activities. 
When a species is unable to be identified, it is often called a "humanoid" until further information is gained.
