Yellow Slime

These curious little slimes are some of the smallest in the slime family. They are quite shy and tend to stay away from other creatures. It's most notable feature is it's ability to regenerate itself. While other slimes will go and consume as much as they can, this subspecies doesn't consume much, sticking to various vegetation. They are often used to make various health potions. Though it is unknown how they actually come about into existence. Some Pale Druids have tried to capture and keep them to see if they would grow and eventually divide like the other slimes do, but they don't. In fact, they don't grow at all. However, farming them is possible. With enough effort and time, one can slowly shave off the substance little by little so as to not kill the creature outright. It'll simply regenerate itself in a a few hours or so and the process can be repeated until you have enough substance to make a potion.
Farming them seems to be effective for only one year. After that, they tend to die off and turn into dust. It's believed that having so much regenerative ability comes at a price.
