Incredibly rare, these creatures aren't often seen unless one goes to Galvanized Steppes. The area is extremely dangerous mainly because of these creatures. It's advised to proceed with extreme caution and avoid at all costs if possible. Because they're so dangerous, very little is known about them. Two have never been seen together, and considering how colossal they are and how relatively small the area is, it suggests there might only be a handfull that ever exist at any one time.
Being about a half a kilometer tall (1,800ft.) the Galvanized Steppes' low floating dark clouds almost always cover their faces. It doesn't move a lot of the time, usually simply standing still unless it sense something in its area. It seems to only be able to "sense things" once lightning strikes something living nearby. It is unclear as to how they might do this, but circumstancial evidence points towards this conclusion. Otherwise it is speculated that it's blind and cannot see anything beyond that ability, but nothing conclusive has ever been researched. It seems to have some kind of control over lightning, but again nothing conclusive has ever been documented.
