Tree Knawler

Native to Thinsilver Forest these creatures can only be found in the forest. They don't tend to live depe inside however, for reasons unknown.
Rather territorial, they'll usually attack anything that comes near them, often simply dropping on their ennemies from high up in the trees. Their diet consists of almost all wood and leaves. Often eating a whole tree in a single day. However their need to nurishment is fairly low, only eating once a month or so. They spend the rest of their time trying to find a suitable next meal and once found, they wait around the area, sometimes snacking on leaves.
It's advised to stay away from these creatures if one can help it. If spotted by one, simply running away should be ok since they don't tend to give chase and leave their next meal behind. If you do have to fight one, be careful of their tendency to cut trees down and make them fall on their ennemies. They can do this with surprising speed and accuracy. Also be aware that most Tree Knawlers usually travel in groups of 4-5 at a time. If you spot one, chances are there will be others nearby.
