Silver Leaf Bloom

This type of plant is a fairly rare type of Silverleaf that has gone on to bloom. The plant stem stays the same, however the flower that comes from this has a type of shining silver sheen with a hint of pearlescent indigo blue. It loses almost all of it's potency in the magical poison, which makes it safe to simply be around and even touch for long periods of time. Instead it's thought that the bloom uses its magical energy to bloom, produce seeds, and have a slightly different magical property to it.
Trying to grow these anywhere is highly restricted and monitored. One would need a special type of license to even attempt at growing one for themselves.
If used for enchanting, it gives Proficiency to Wisdom Saving Throws.
