While they aren't used very often, this little vial of bright blue liquid helps in curing all kinds of poisons and toxins from different creatures. Preservation is why most people don't have many on hand at all times. One vial is only good for 3 days after it has been brewed and prepared properly. That is also why most are only brewed on commission. Asking a local doctor, chemist, or apothecary would likely be the people to go to for one.
Taking it is a bonus action, and it cures one instance of being poisoned and/or envenomed. It has no effect on undead or constructs.
