Amphi Shaman

A clever monster that lives near the Aetzirian Bogs, it uses its prescience magic to hunt its would be predators. The bodies of the Amphi Shaman are quite valuable seeing as they are saturated with magical energy. Their magic makes it difficult to even find one, let alone hunt one down for its corpse. Most people that go hunting for these monsters end up badly injured or dead because the monsters actually kill their predators a lot of time. It manages to do this by knowing exactly where and when its predators will be, set up a trap for them, and then finally finish them off with its magic force attacks. Because of its type of magic, many Amphi Shaman stick together in small groups, often helping each other survive, only meeting back up in larger groups again when it is mating season during the month of Stillness.
