Low Bandit

These are your typical low-end bandits. Usually they are regular peasants or lower-end nobles that have fairly recently come to financial ruin. These are not trained bandits or thiefs at all. While not usually a threat, a band of them could get problematic. While most are usually "free-lance", some are in a guild and are training or trying to prove themselves to get a higher standing.
As seems to be per usual, bandits' and thieves' magic usually center on movement.
