Navire le Corsaire is a very famous pirate in the Unrelenting Isles and his fame has even reached some parts of New Gestus. Navire claimed his fame by having the presentation of a bumbling fool, but he manages to do great things. People think the bumbling fool look is a facade to make opponents underestimate him. However, he really is just a bumbling fool. People that know his real intelligence assume that he has the Gods' favour. Navire's main claim to fame comes from the destruction of the Erarond presence in the Unrelenting Isles, which Navire had a leading hand in.
He lead many attacks on Erarondi merchant and slave ships, letting them sink. People assumed that this was a planned strategy to defeat the Erarondi presence, as Erarond depended on trade and slavery.
