Each chit has an internal tag certifying it as valid. Credit chits are backed by electronic banking systems and are mainly used on worlds that have no banking infrastructure.
Manufacturing process
Plastin blanks are punched out of a plastin sheet. They are then pressed and tagged with unique identifiers before being rolled into 10,000 Credit Chit rolls and shipped.
