Skelters

For the harsh realities of the Ushana, the only shelters are Skelters, a group of buildings that have a set of rules. As long as adhere to these rules, you can live here. People band together to grow food, make clothing, and gathering water (this is really easy if your town happens to have a water Magi). It is lead by a person elected to lead, organize, and work with the populous.

The only defenses to this town are the buildings that they live in. That is to say, they get robbed and looted a lot, but it beats sleeping in the wasteland alone.

Industry & Trade

If close enough, Skelters can trade with other skelters for items that they need for items that they have more than enough of.

History

The first Skelter was made soon after the first Wallgofs sightings. They always kept to small towns, knowing when to break apart to form a new skelter.
