Session 3 End: Morons of Mooreview

General Summary

Following the party's defeating Elkhorn with Fred and Al, they were questioned by one of the Solar Knights stationed in Mooreview about what happened. They revealed nothing, and followed Fred and Al to the Dancing Horse Tavern, a safe tavern they both trust. Sirus disguesed himself as Zweil and talked to the press, while everyone else rested and met with Fred and Al downstairs in the monr'. They discussed the kings, their goals, and let them have the day in Mooreview whiel they seek information regarding Andrew Winters, th legendary cowboy who seeks the artifact as well. They were hailed as 'New Heroes of Mooreview', and many approached them favorably. Zweil spoke with Wizzy, where he learned the next clue in finding Shoggys: Research memory magic in Duskvale, the Capital of the Penumbra region where King Dax resides. Oliver got sponsored by Felix the potion seller, and learned of the crafting guild Dawndale, located in the Penumbra region where King Dax resides.

Meanwhile.... Sirus thickened the living shit out of the plot. After increasing his spy network within the town to include the barmaid in Allens Ale, the Stable woman, Wizzy and the Priest of the Church, he disguised himself numerous times to further his means. Then, a heist for Elkhorn's Body broke out, with an undead mount stealing the corpse from the hospital and trying escape through a portal in town square, where Syrus tired its legs, disgused itself as the corpse and got carried through the portal.

He discovered he was beneath the casino, and its proprietor Lucky Lenny faced him, asking questions about why he is alive when someone tried reviving him. Syrus convinced him he would work for Lennie while guised as the druid, where he said to retrieve a deaddrop in a mailbox at his stables the following day, and then disguised as a guard and left, rousing Lennie's suspicions. Meanwhile, the actual body was taken by guards to the barracks. Also, Oliver had lots of snacks and he and Zweil blew bubbles in the park. (How'd he taste?)

They went back to the Dancing Horse, gave the orc cooks a bunch of crab meat, and met with fred and al to discuss their next objective: Going to the manic meadows, where the cowboy is taking part in a hunt for a rampaging Lunar Boar. They rested, and Eli's sub plot resumed.

Sirus cnvinced Zweil and Oliver to go get the deaddrop in his place, while he atttended to other matters. He went to the church and gisguised as an acolyte once more, and convinced the attending Solar Knight that his friends at the stable were in trouble and needed help, and he left his post to assist. The two at the stables got the deaddrop and tried giving it to the drunk stablemaster, who dropped it and went inside the casino in a hurry, followed by the arrival of the knight. He read the letter, and brought Zweil and Oliver back to the barracks for questioning.

Sirus had held onto the concotion Fred had intended to give Al when the party arrived, and so he used this to drug the stablehand Luna, disguised as her, and watched from the stables across the way as everything transpired. Nothing bad happened in front of the casino, but the pair in interrogation were once again frustrating the royal guards with their inadequate answers. Dissatisfied, the Solar Knight went back to question the Acoylte at the chruch who led him into this mess.

Sirus took the opportunity to disguise as a guard, where he infiltrated the barracks, and walke Sirus and Oliver out where the made a mad dash for the horses he positioned on the outskirts of town for a quick escape. Finally, their fiasco is set aside for now, with results pending. They met up with Fred and Al again, and they went towards the gate.

They asked who the party would like to accompany them, where they tried sending them both backing with convincing arguments, however their own convictions keep them grounded to their tasks, and their pasts have caused them to see that this peculiar group could very well be Lunarmyre's future.
