Emperor Stallen the 14th

Emperor Stallen the 14th is an old ruler who has had control for over 53 years. During his reign he ran a tight ship, cracking down on crime and corruption executing many Viscounts, over a dozen Earls, and even King Leveross of Durdan. Since many of these actions were taken early in his career he now sees the fruits of a flourishing kingdom. However in his old age he does not have much time left, and his eager son Phinn is salivating at the mouth to take control.
