The Creation of the Elves

About 15,000 years before the Great War began, a piece of the Feywild smashed into Lotrera, and in it the sun goddess Coronis was contained. She birthed Isdon, the god of the Shadowfell, and Aphine, goddess of the Feywild. Isdon was a terrible force who ravaged the lands. Everything that Aphine created, Isdon destroyed. Finally, Aphine created three children to aid her, Elkhazel, the eldest and goddess of the Earth; Elduin, the Second oldest, and god of the wilds; and Theodemar, the youngest and god of knowledge and power. Together, they dueled Isdon for more than 2000 years, finally defeating him and confining him to the moon of Lotrera. This victory held a great cost, though, and Aphine was weakened considerably. To save her life, her children confined her to the second moon of Lotrera, the Feywild. In this time of peace, each of the three children made a race in their image. Elkhazel made the sturdy and devout Ogoth, Elduin, along with his wife Faemiros, made the swift and forest-loving Elaith, and Theodemar made the wise and charismatic Esari.
