Scarlet Brotherhood
Summary
Although their existence is disputed, the Scarlet Brotherhood is a shady organization of assassins and evil diplomats who lurk within the shadowy crevasses of Keoland. It is said that the Brotherhood stirs up trouble in the Saltmarsh Region, widening the divides between opposing forces and using the chaos to strengthen their hold on the area. There are some Keolish who fear that one day the Brotherhood will rise up and seize control of an unsuspecting Keoland.
