Summary

Within King Skotti's Royal Army of Keoland, military bards can rise to the rank of Grandmaster Bard-- the highest rank of a bard serving for the crown. There is one Grandmaster Bard for each major settlement within Keoland.

Must be a bard who serves in King Skotti's Royal Army.
