The Half King

Being of both Elvish and Human blood, the king of the Capitol is a stout man with the features of a traditional elf sowed onto the strong body of a human.
While he rules with a tight grip on policy and law, he has a soft spot for other half-raced individuals. Some say he plays favorites among his court for those who are of mixed breed.

The Shining Throne

Sitting within the fine city of Soithune, the Shining throne is the seat of power for the Romchemtal Empire. Made of ivory, black iron, and adorned with a single golden jewel set within the crest above the throne. The Half-King presides here and casts his judgement and ruling upon the land with a stern and graceful tone.
