A thin, but somehow nearly indestructible metallic collar used by Dominion of the Arcane to prevent mage's from being susceptible to Norien Corruption Magic. Prevents the wearer from experiencing heightened emotions of any kind, ensuring cold, calculated use of magic, which also prevents the user from achieving the most powerful levels of Ohm mastery.
