Access & Availability
Unlike Rumase, this drug is still available in some states, including California. It is a legal gray area as it has been reclassified as a Class I on a federal level. It is usually only prescribed for people who have persistent anger management issues and/or PTSD that seriously affect their ability to function, and even then, has to be administered under medical supervision over several days.
