Stockers are infected who only have the C-Virus. Unlike the term Drax, this term excludes anyone who has the T-Virus and the Rumase-Associated Illness (Z-Virus).

Stokers are notorious for being standoffish towards non-Stocker infected. This seems to be because Stockers are a relative minority in most groups of infected and do not have connection to pheromones.
