Rattlesnake Ranch

Located in Texas, this commune used to consist of the staff of a bar known as the Rattlesnake Puncher, who all got infected at once due to a mishap. It is now in control of about 150 acres of land, including a 20 acre fully stocked lake, but they do not have the manpower to develop much of it. Formerly founded in September 2017, it voted to join Licentia immediately after the latter was founded in hopes of getting more resources. As of May 2018, it had a population of 2000, which had doubled every month from 16 since its founding but quickly hit carrying capacity. Since joining Licentia, the population has only increased slightly.
