Los Perros

Los Perros is one of the most powerful factions in San Francisco.
They have been known to bark at each other as a greeting, which is said to be the origin of friendly barking now common among less criminally-minded Lycan.

Public Agenda

Los Perros has no agenda beyond the survival and wealth of its members.

Demography and Population

Originally a spin-off of a mostly-Hispanic gang, Los Perros consists almost entirely of Lycan. "The bite" as it is currently an important part of the initiation process, although Desnudos are accepted. The bite is sometimes called "the bite of '87" although technically the gang was founded the year prior.

Military

Being one of the larger factions and having strength disproportionate to their power, they are considered very dangerous to the "official" powers-that-be in San Francisco. Their power comes mostly from having gang experience prior to the apocalypse and from their leader infecting almost all of their members with the T-Virus as society began to fall apart.

Religion

Many members are Catholic, but there is no official religion.

Foreign Relations

They are affiliated with neither the Norteños nor the Sureños.
Although not strictly allies, there is mutual respect between them and Proto-Licentia/Licentia, leading to longstanding peace between the two factions.
