Decen Desal

Licentia's pride and joy, Decen Desal is the desalination plant off the coast of Southern California that provides water for several communes.

Denizens

About two dozen people live long-term at Decen Desal in order to maintain it. More than fifty guards are guarding it at any given time, but most of the time it is a temporary appointment, except for the Dogmaster.

Hazards & Traps

The desalination plant is heavily guarded with barbed wire, armed patrols, and packs of infected dogs.
