In Deos' eyes, the Old World has finally achieved perfection. Each of the various peoples shared the world, shared their talents, and even instilled some of them into the other peoples. While this paradise flourishes, and has been flourishing, Deos' seven children begin to doubt the love of their father, and their own love for their father.
Shortly after the halflings awoke, and united each of the Old World's peoples, the world was thrown into an era of peace, as each of the five total peoples united, and shared what was theirs. There was no sin, no fear, no danger. Twas in this time that the common tongue came to be; a language understood by all, consisting of sounds, words, and phrases of each of the various languages that were attached to each of the various peoples.
Of course, the draconin refused to speak anything that wasn't ancient draconic to their dragon masters. Likewise, when the other peoples interacted with others of the same race, they preferred to speak their people's language.
As the different peoples came together under one unified banner, they named their world Enfera, as it was born from the fire of Deos' love for his creations. There were seven beings that would beg to differ. As the mortal peoples would group together, and mingle, the seven Eternals confronted Deos, demanding answers as for why for the last six thousand years, not only has Deos had little, to no interaction with his own children, but also, he proceeded to defile the world which they had poured the better portion of the last hundred thousand years. Deos tried to tell his children that this was a gift for them. He wanted them to see what it would be like to watch others explore the world they had made.
All seven of the Eternals disagreed. Their world was perfect the way it was. They wanted only to share it with Deos. They did not intend to make an entirely new world either. he seven Eternals were still in a childlike state, with the eldest still being that of a sixteen-year-old boy. They'd let Deos believe that they were accepting of these mortals. This served the purpose of allowing them to come up with a solution without Deos' watch.
All the while, the peoples which the Eternals were scheming against would continue to share the world, and would continue to thrive.
