Creation of the Old World

With the creation of the seven Eternals, and six thousand years of planning, came the time for the true task. The task of creating an entire world, and making it beautiful.

After six thousand years of planning, Deos, and his eldest child build the world from the core, outward, creating a blank canvas for the younger six to let their imaginations run free. The second sibling pulled mountains out of the ground, and capped their peaks with white snow. The third filled the soil with all manner of precious materials, and metals. The fourth, and fifth siblings would work together on their portion of their world. The fifth sibling designed a precise eco system. From plants, with seeds to make more of those plants, and animals who would eat the fruit that bore the seeds, and would distribute them throughout the land. All manner of animals were created. Walking, swimming, and flying. The fourth sibling gave these beasts a way of reproducing. Her innovation prompted another part of the fifth sibling's task. He made animals that would eat the lesser animals to prevent the overgrowth of the population. Six, wanting to help in every way possible, was not given his own unique task, but rather aided his siblings in all of their tasks. The seventh, and final child would fill this world with all manner of magic, and wonder.
  Once the world itself was finished, Deos, and the seven Eternals would stand over their creation, and bask in what the Eternals believed to be a job well done. They would share this world with their father. Who knows? maybe this world wouldn't be the last. The eternals had many ideas for worlds to craft.
