Titan
Titan, a city built into what is thought to have once been a Mechanical God. When it was operational it would have stood far above any man made structure currently standing today. Now it sits against a mountain with the head at the top looking outward. The main city built into its torso with ascending levels up to the head. Where the elected officials conduct city affairs.
Unsure of its origin or how the mechanisms within work, to the residents, it is just part of the landscape. But many over millenia have come to study it and piece by piece unraveled bits of the mystery.
Its remains are remarkably intact with many operations within still active. When inside there is a constant hum from the walls and despite no windows or openings it is always comfortable within.
The city within is unlike any other in Laticia, a fantasy cyberpunk landscape full of walls of light, floating platforms, and bustling trade markets in a chrome and plastic Landscape. All starkly contrasted by the leather, cloth, and black steel wares of the merchants.
Demographics
Dwarven, Uruk, human, Reptar, etc.
Government
Oligarchy of technocrats, those who control Titan control the city.
Infrastructure
The Titan had built into it a lift and a mysterious power source which provides the residents with light and some mechanical amenities such as lifts, transports, automatic doors, telecommunications, etc.
Architecture
In general, within the machine is polished steel, chrome, and plastic structures, cables, pipes, etc. To any unfamiliar with mechanical workings it would seem a random assortment of architectural musings but to the more adept it is obvious these frameworks support a larger machinaton.
The slums are cramped and dingy. The polished steel and chrome tarnished or blackened with dirt and grime. Small box wood housings are all that's provided to the lowest Class of citizen. Squeezed between massive coolant pipes, arcing conductors, or moving gears.
To the tradesmen and artisans are bigger, more tenable homes on the mid levels. Perched between hydroponic gardens and well lit walkways.
The upper levels of the business owners, nobles, politics, and celebrities are pristine with pools of water, springs, and actual sunlight.
Geography
The mecha lays against a mountain a few hundred feet taller. Behind it, a range of mountains and before it a vast grassland.
