Latharia

A world where all are subject to time- man and God- and Time is subject to Void. Where the Echoes of Creation walk, indistinguishable from common folk, and anyone can become one. Where the forces of mortals may have to fight against the very forces of reality- and hero's rise from their battles' ashes.   Latharia is a world torn. Dominated by magic and military steel, it is, for many of its inhabitants, a place of strife. Full of monsters, both obvious and not, one of the few solaces to be found in in work or worship. While the Vosmer Empire dominated the western continent of Creltor, the Northern Erath prepares for invasion, and the rest of the world keeps to themselves, hoping not to turn the Vosmer's attention to their own.   Two centuries ago, the world was silently saved by a group of heroes, aided by the Aspects of Space and Time. Since then, however, threats old and new have lurked in the shadows, waiting for the moment to strike. An inexplicable rise in technology has washed over Latharia, its epicenter located in the Vosmer Empire, fueled by the mysterious Void Aetherium.
