This stuff here is pretty pretentious, but it might give you a good idea of Last Hope. And, well... Help me figure out what we’re doing here, too.

In this world, there is no such thing as taking risks.

For years, humanity has survived on the belief that our world will thrive as long as we continue to develop.

That is a lie.

The truth of the matter is things aren’t so black and white. After all, the end could come from anywhere. It doesn’t necessarily have to be from our known world.

Humans should be able to live their life with the knowledge that they’re the only ones. We must know of other worlds which may threaten us and destroy them before they even have the chance to develop. That is where the Last Hope Foundation comes in.

If there is another world, another universe, another planet with rules unknown to us, we will find it. We will study it. And we will ensure that we are forever superior. The world above knows not of who we are. They do not know what we are doing down here. They do not know that we’re saving their lives. But we carry on. We carry on for the sake of mankind. That is our purpose.

We are humanity’s Last Hope at survival.

That is our mission.
