Structured compound language, combining words to add detail. Syllables are added in front of existing words to add descriptors. Example:
El: Forest
Specific forests have names ending in -el, eg: Yarel, Lenyel.
The prefix "Ma-" denotes a settlement, so a settlement in Yarel forest is Mayarel. This is also the word for the main settlement in the forest, smaller / less important settlements would have additional syllables, eg Lomayarel, Temayarel...
