It is a large city with many houses depending on social class. The main capital is where all the rich people live, and the middle class and below live on the outside.

It is run by one person and his/her council: The Overseers Guild. Once you are of 18th age, you must go there to register yourself as a member of the guild if you want to be a professional hero.

Around the city, there are these guards in which they have very advanced weaponry.

The settlement trades with kingdoms and other cities to stay afloat. EVERYONE WANTS SIREN CRYSTALS, and Elbern has it.

Across the city, many structures like watermills and windmills, sewers, courtyards, blast furnaces, roads, bridges, shipyards, docks, and even a few temples.
Some say it was built of an civilization called the Ephians.

It is known to hold around 3,000,000,000 Coins and is a rich city. The equipment ranges from Siren Swords to very weak bows to everything, really.

It is on a island near the mountains, and is like the NYC of ToadWorld. It has access to fresh water near a plant.
