Rugford
A small coastal town just down the coast from Grey Visan and as such enjoys decent trade with it.
While occasionally known for the less savoury characters that are not allowed within the walls of its northern neighbour, Rugford boasts a reasonably affluent market and is generally reputable for having anything you can imagine for the right price.
As of the last few months, trade to Rugford has all but dried up. Several rumours about disappearances and mysterious activates have dissuaded the naturally superstitious sailors from coming into port, most have simply started missing Rugford all together and head for either Grey visan or Wor-wic.
Upon investigation from the As'Klack gang, a deep fog has gathered around the town, massively reducing visibility and allowing the foul magics that linger to manifest and rot the town from the inside.
