Industry & Trade

Spices and exotic agriculture are what Raj is known for. They do not farm is vast quantities but in great quality instead. Exotic hardwoods have always been a staple of the region, but the last century has seen an expansion into their eastern mountains have expanded, providing lapis lazuli, opals and sapphire.

Natural Resources

Mahogany and other expensive hardwoods are grown here. The value of the shade they provide is taken very seriously and great swathes of trees are never cut down, instead cutting single tree per acre a year. The canopy branches of the trees are scattered with rows of planters where fine herbs and spices are farmed.
