Almost all issues both civil and criminal are dealt with through the Kaugyangu.

Almost all of the town nestles itself against the walls of the southern cliff or in its shadow. Smaller, less wealthy abodes have been constructed outside of the shadow and are dwelled in generally temporarily or used as store houses for dried goods.

Due to the prosperity of the town and the hot, year round weather, many well to do families will frequent the town when needing to relax and get away from their colder abodes.
Architecture
Large, whitewashed, flat roofed buildings, square and rectangular in nature give the appearance af a southern style inspiration with a simple dwarven twist.
The main reason for such basic uniformity feeds into the grid plan of the town. The Buildings all look alike and the twisting streets and multistory structures, blocking the skyline make it very easy for tourists to get lost.

Natural Resources
Due to its warm waters and the natural currents in the oceans, huge amounts of fish are caught here. Whaling is also prevalent.
Deep purple dyes are extracted from the snails that live amongst the underwater kelp forests.
Palm oil is farmed just outside of the town as the tempuriture and constand sunlight makes the ideal environment provided there is enough water.
