Weather (System)
The Weather System is an additional system make the world more dynamic.
Every region has its own Weather System. Places within a region share the same weather. Each Weather Region has traits to determine what weather occure more often. If a weather is to change, it takes place during the break of day.
The current weather may have effects on different systems in the world. It mostly affects Combat and Travel. The table below shows the various states of weather.

Harsh Sunlight | Daytime | Burning: +15% Chance if at least 1 Fire Crystal is used. |

Rainfall | Anytime | - |
Heavy Rainfall | Anytime | Confusion: +15% Chance if at least 1 Water Crystal is used. |
Cloudy | Anytime | Bleeding / Wounds: +15% Chance if at least 1 Mountain / Steel Crystal is used. |
Windy | Anytime | Slow: +15% Chance if at least 1 Wind Crystal is used. |
Stormy | Anytime | Paralysis: +15% Chance if at least 1 Electric Crystal is used. |
Snowfall | Anytime | - |
Heavy Snowfall | Anytime | Freeze: +10% Chance if at least 1 Ice Crystal is used. |
