Travel Cards (System)
Travel Cards are part of the Traveling (System). They are primarily used while doing Quests, or when visiting Points of Interest that are 100% cleared.
Travel Card Types
Difficulty Cards
Difficulty Cards are used to determine the difficulty of a challenge or conflict. A challenge or conflict can appear during an event or sometimes an encounter.Chance Cards
Chance Cards are sometimes used to determine a result that is not binary, but gradual.Weather Cards
Weather Cards are cards affecting other active and inactive cards in different ways.Gain & Pain Cards
Gain Cards are results that affect characters positively immediately after obtaining. Pain Cards are opposite to Gain Cards.Blessings & Curses
Blessings are results that characters can receive while their travel. An effect of a Blessing is positive and stays active until the end of the session. Curses are opposite to Blessings.Encounter & Event
Encounter and Event Cards are cards that a traveller faces directly. During an Encounter Card, travellers are approached by a person or an animal almost instantly. Event Cards show a current situation nearby and it is up to the travellers how to approach the situation.Travel Cards by Series
