Zhethrh'ithar Witch

Little is known of these mysterious witch cultists from beyond the great ocean.
Almost human in appearance but rather thin, tall, frail looking with pure white hair and pale skin color. They don't seem to be a race you recognize or have heard of before. They can communicate in the common tongue with a strange heavy accent but their own language sounds very alien to your ears. Even their clothing seems to be from a culture unlike anything you have seen in your travels so far.
Based on the rumors that are currently circulated, these witch-like creatures are the first females to be seen within this unusual race of strangers that have recently been spotted. As with the other ones they have pure white hair, pale skin, pale grey eyes while being tall, thin and fragile looking. These seem to move with an eerie graceful elegance and have an abnormal beauty to them that almost seems haunting. As the air around them crackles with a dark energy around them causing the very air itself to move before them as they glide over the ground. Luckily it would sound like there are only a few of them wandering around the local area, most tremors have put them near both Echo Bay and Sanctuary Island.
Some drunken locals passing thru Echo Bay have whispered these women processing great and terrifying powers able to kill even the strongest of fighters with a snap of their long slender fingers. Gossiping about them flying through the air raining down lightning while killing anything that moves within the area while laughing in a way that would give anyone the chills. Tavern rumors have been overheard saying that they seem to be organizing the others towards whatever it is that they are searching for. One thing all this drunken gossip seems to agree on is they delight in killing and are up to something evil.
